We are committed to showing integrity and transparency in everything we do, and to complying with all applicable laws and regulations, in all circumstances and in all countries.

VINCI's Code of Ethics and Conduct and our Ethics and Compliance Management Plan set out the fundamental principles that guide our day-to-day efforts to achieve all-round performance at our worksites, in our offices or in all our other interactions with all our stakeholders.

Business Ethics

We are committed to carrying out our construction operations in an ethical and responsible manner, in accordance with the principles of fairness, equity and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We have stringent policies and procedures in place to uproot all forms of corruption, as required by national and international anti-corruption laws. We expect our employees and business partners to meet the same high ethical standards and strictly comply with our anti-corruption policies.

We believe in fair competition and are committed to complying with antitrust laws and competition regulations in all countries where we operate. We reject all anti-competitive conduct.
